Please allow 2–4 working days for us to process your order before the delivery timeframe begins. Once your order has been processed, tracking details will be shared within 7 working days.

Please allow 1–4 weeks for delivery after the processing period. Delivery times may also vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are calculated based on the order value, which will be covered by the customer or recipient.
PeopleLikeUs® is not liable for shipping fees, return costs, customs charges, or handling fees once a parcel has left our dispatch point. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the recipient rejects the parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver due to an uncontactable recipient.

Free shipping is available on orders over 150 USD. If you are shopping in another currency, the free shipping minimum will be automatically converted and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
As a small, independent brand, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time, except in cases where you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item.
We recommend choosing carefully before placing your order. We know buying online can feel uncertain, especially when it comes to fit, so if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing. We’re always happy to help you find the right size.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and before the item has been worn or washed.
When reaching out, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, showing the item is unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached and in its original condition. This helps us review your request as quickly as possible.
→ Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, you can choose between:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
→ Examples of faulty items may include:
- Significant manufacturing faults (e.g. broken seams or holes)
- Major damage that affects the wearability of the garment
→ What does not count as a faulty item:
- Slight colour differences between website images and the actual product
- Minor loose threads or small marks that do not affect wear
- Natural variations in fabric, wash, or dye
- Minor measurement differences within production tolerance
- Fit or sizing preferences
- Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care
All defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are only issued for incorrect or faulty items. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hi@peoplelikeus.store.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hi@peoplelikeus.store as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.
